Opening or attempting to open a second account — whether under a different name, different email address, or different mobile number — is a violation of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings accumulated in the duplicate account will be voided.
Age Verification: pk111 may request age verification documentation at any point during your membership, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if our systems flag a potential underage account. Accepted documents include CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence. Until age verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to make a deposit into your account and which are registered under your verified name. Third-party withdrawals — sending funds to a payment account not in your name — are strictly prohibited and will not be processed.
pk111 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests. All withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering checks. In cases where fraud or money laundering is suspected, pk111 may freeze the relevant balance pending investigation and may report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Deposit limits can be set in your account settings at any time. If you set a deposit limit, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit takes 72 hours to activate — this cooling-off period is designed to support responsible gambling.
All bets placed on pk111 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market type selected. These rules are displayed within the relevant market on the platform and take precedence over any general description in these Terms. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing a bet.
Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once you have received a confirmation from pk111 that the bet has been accepted. Bets that are not confirmed — for example due to a connection error during submission — have not been placed and no obligation exists on either party. In the event of a dispute, pk111's server records constitute the definitive record of bet placement and acceptance.
Settlement: Bets are settled on the basis of the official result declared by the relevant governing body — ICC for cricket, UEFA/FIFA for football, ATP/WTA for tennis, and so forth. In-play bets are settled based on the state of the match at the time of the event described in the market. pk111 reserves the right to delay settlement if there is any dispute or uncertainty regarding the official result.
Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the official result is determined; a player or team that was part of the bet does not participate; or the odds were clearly erroneous. Void bets have the stake returned to the member's account.
pk111 offers a variety of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and PSL seasonal promotions. Each promotion operates under its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion on the pk111 Promotions page. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses at pk111 carry a wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before it can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement, qualifying bets, and minimum odds for each promotion are stated in that promotion's individual terms.
Bonus Abuse Policy: pk111 actively monitors for bonus abuse including multi-accounting, use of VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic or account restrictions, and coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to be abusing promotions will be closed and all associated balances forfeited.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any pending withdrawals and bonus balances may be forfeited. Real money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the member after any investigation is complete, unless they are found to be directly connected to the breach.
Dispute Resolution: If you wish to dispute a bet settlement or account decision, contact pk111 customer support at support@pk111.world within 30 days of the disputed event. pk111 will investigate the complaint and respond within 5 business days for standard cases, and within 10 business days for complex account investigations. pk111's decision on disputed bet settlements is final once all available information has been reviewed.
